Please note that we always try our best to get your order out in the time frame indicated at checkout.

All packages are shipped via Canada Post or USPS and we are actively looking into adding Fed Ex as an additional option for our customers. Once orders are shipped, we are unable to reroute deliveries. 

Also, with the ongoing pandemic and a higher than normal volume of parcels to handle, Canada Post is experiencing delays which are out of our control. We greatly appreciate your patience as you wait for your order to arrive. We think it will be worth it! If you have any questions about delivery, kindly refer to your order's tracking number for updates on its delivery.

If you are hoping to get your Buttercream Clothing right away, we encourage you to watch for "Freshly Baked" launches (ready to ship product) on the site as those pieces ship out right away or pop in to the Confectionary for the last few items available to send now! Another great option is our Instagram sale page for monthly flash sales at @buttercreamclothingrts.

Order processing

All orders placed with Buttercream Clothing will be processed as soon as the items have been handmade by our talented team of local seamstresses. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
