Returns
Everything we make is sewn with love and is a little bit of our heart heading out into the world. We want you to absolutely love your Buttercream Clothing and we stand behind our garments. We are committed to working with you to ensure you love your garments.
- The garment was purchased directly from Buttercream Clothing within the last year.
- The garment has failed to uphold the quality that we promise to deliver. Normal wear and tear, personal preference, misuse, or accidents are not covered by this promise.
- All replacements will be carefully considered on an individual basis.
We want you to love your pieces, but if for some reason they are not what you hoped, see below:
Our return policy lasts for 30 days which begins the day the order is received to you. We offer exchanges or store credit for returns as we are committed to helping you find the perfect Buttercream Clothing piece for you!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unwashed and in the same condition that you received it and you must return it within 30 days of receiving the item(s). We do not accept customized items for return.
Please note that due to the nature of the bodysuits, these items are not eligible for return or exchange. Minor piling or wear is to be expected in high friction areas as with any garment.
If your order meets these qualifications please send an email to us at hello@buttercreamclothing.com. Please be sure to include a note in your return package stating your order number, your name, and your return preference of exchange or store credit. Exchanges are a great option and are made on an expedited timeline so you will not be waiting too long.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
